As funds allow, the AICP is open to those who meet all of the following requirements:

• Must be determined eligible to receive HIV/AIDS Patient Care Program Services and provide proof of eligibility at the time of application,
• HIV positive with at least one symptom since you tested positive or a diagnosis of AIDS,
• Currently covered by private health insurance,
• Willing to sign all AICP forms

If you meet these requirements you may apply for enrollment at one of the community-based organizations.
