Family Health Insurance Premium Payments
The AICP is presently authorized to pay monthly health-insurance premiums up to $650/month for Florida families where only one member of the family is HIV-symptomatic or AIDS diagnosed -- provided that the family is at risk of losing private health insurance coverage due to an inability to pay.

Annual Policy-Deductible Payment
The AICP is presently authorized to pay an enrollee's annual policy deductible in addition to the monthly premiums.

Policy Conversion Fee Payment
The AICP is presently authorized to pay the additional premium cost of converting an AICP's enrollee's expired COBRA group coverage to an individual policy - a benefit which is in accordance with subscriber rights outlined in the Federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).

Policy Drug-Benefit Upgrade Payment
The AICP is presently authorized to pay the additional premium cost of an upgraded or new health insurance policy where such an increase obtains expanded HIV/AIDS drug benefits.

Provider Co-Payment Reimbursement
Note: Due to the high level of administration required, the Provider Co-Payment Reimbursement service may not be offered by the AICP participating HIV/AIDS organization in your area. Please contact your local organization for more information.
