Cara Kondaki is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oncology at Cleveland Clinic Florida since 2004. She also worked in the field of Nephrology for over 20 years. She received her MSW in Health Care Administration from Rutgers Graduate School of Social Work. She was recently awarded the Leadership in Oncology Social Work award for 2013 by the American Cancer Society. She is certified as an Oncology Certified Social Worker since June 2012 and as a Certified Breast Patient Navigator in Imaging and Cancer since March 2010. She is the Clinical Education Provider for the Florida Society of Oncology Social Workers since 2008 and has been a speaker at the Florida Society of Oncology Social Workers annual meetings and the National Association of Social Workers Clinical Education Series as well as the South Florida Cancer Collaborative.
