The Health Council of South Florida has joined the Partnership to Fight Chronic Disease

The Health Council of South Florida, as the facilitator of collaboration and partnerships in Miami-Dade and Monroe counties; and the trusted champion for ethical and targeted healthcare policy at the local, state, and national levels, has joined the Partnership to Fight Chronic Disease in its efforts to bring awareness to rising rates of chronic disease, posing an unsustainable burden on our health care system. The viability and strength of the system -- now and in the future -- rely on a willingness to enact policies that help Americans better prevent and manage chronic illness.

The Florida Partnership to Fight Chronic Disease is a coalition of patient, provider, community, business and labor groups, and health policy experts raising awareness of the number one cause of death, disability and rising health care costs: chronic disease.

Join the effort by becoming a partner today! The Partnership will list your organization and link to your website at no cost. Our goal is to show united support for battling chronic diseases and we need you to be part of the fight. Email fern@moorecommgroup.com today to be included on the site's official partners page.
