Miami Matters: Promising or Evidence-Based Practices

Do you have a Promising or Evidence-Based Practice that has shown success in your community? Miami Matters allows users to submit their own promising and evidence-based programs, interventions, strategies, and policies to be included for community use!

The process is simple:

  1. Go to the Community Resource page on Miami Matters

  2. Click on Promising Practices

  3. Choose to “Submit a Promising Practice”

  4. Fill out the form, giving as much detail as possible about your program or intervention, goals, and relevant results

What happens after you submit a Promising Practice?

  1. Upon submission of your promising practice, it will be reviewed for inclusion in the Miami Matters database

  2. If chosen, we will then determine if it is an evidence-based practice, effective practice, or good idea

  3. If it meets our criteria, the Promising Practice will be posted to all community sites
